To become our agent. 

  • First order sales must be greater than RM100.00
  • Good at making your own marketing
  • Have legal transportation license
  • Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan & Johor area
  • Craving Agent ID can only be used by your own
  • The price of items that have been set by Craving are fixed and remain unchanged
  • Every marketing kits provided by Craving can't be changed or altered
  • Arrive on time when the delivery is made to prevent the items from being damaged
  • Craving reserved the right to remove / terminate, Craving Agent if breached our terms and conditions

What is Craving Agent program?

Craving Agent is a sales agent program that sells products to customers without having to keep stock to be sold to customers. Agent members work to promote the product, make a payment and submit the order list to be managed by the Craving Hub.

Which area Craving cover?

Currently we only set to live on fewer locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan & Johor area.

What is the registration fee to become a Craving Agent?

The registration fee to become a Craving Agent is ... NONE!

How much is the minimum sales?

For the first sales order must be greater than RM100.00. Then, there is no minimum sales required.

How to join the Craving Agent program?

Register a Craving Agent account can be made at our Become Our Team page. Once registered, our team will explain about basic information on this program.

Is the marketing material provided by Craving?

Yes, we provide the marketing material in softcopy through our official Whatsapp Group.

How to contact the admin of Craving to submit an order?

Each agent we appoint will be get a Landing Page included in Whatsapp Group together with our admins. That is the official channel and platform for agents to place orders. All the ways and order format will be given in the Whatsapp Group.

How long will it take for the item I ordered to be received?

We do the process of delivery to Craving Agents every TUESDAY, THURSDAY and SATURDAY.

Does Craving provide receipts or invoice to Craving Agents?

Yes. Every order and payment has been made by Craving Agents, we will provide an Official Receipt & Invoice upon delivery.
